Prevents Bullet Sponging as best as I could for both the Player and the NPCs without using scripts .  

Players remain strong at higher levels but combat isn't stalled by the off-putting tank styled leveling.  

All Difficulties Supported !

Deal More Damage ,  Receive More Damage.  Combine this mod with TurboSkyrim for the intended fighting experience.

  Don't forget to bring along some "Turbo Clothes of Skyrim" for extended playthroughs, try catching up to "Turbo Critters of Skyrim", so you can start eating better with "Turbo Foods of Skyrim" for the Full Effect of my current Turbo-mods-list !  

This was always a part of the design of TurboSkyrim and I will try to make an AIO file for all the TurboMods eventually as it comes time for that.
