TurboSpecialPowerMagicks Of Skyrim !

This mod changes the Racial and Base Vampire Powers .  

All Are now Lesser Power Abilities that have been enhanced in some way but also cost 30 HP

Each of the Starting Powers that a player may have will be improved in unique and powerful ways.

The Powers are balanced for games that game difficulty increasers.  

This may be a cheat if your game is already cheaty or too vanilla.  

It will probably be fun still .
